International Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Please read these terms carefully, as they apply to all international orders.


1. Shipping & Delivery

All international orders are shipped from Ukraine via reliable carriers (Nova Poshta Global, Ukrposhta, DHL, FedEx, UPS, or their local delivery partners).
Delivery times and methods depend on the destination country and the carrier’s operations.

A shipment is considered delivered once the carrier updates the tracking status to Delivered at the destination address, regardless of whether a signature was collected.


2. Tracking Information

All parcels include a tracking number.
Tracking updates depend on the carrier network of each country.

If tracking shows Delivered, the seller’s shipping obligation is fully completed.


3. Declared Value & Customs

By default, all parcels are shipped with the full declared value corresponding to the purchase price.

If a customer requests to under-declare the customs value, the customer fully accepts all risks associated with this request, including:

  • loss of insurance coverage,
  • removal of signature confirmation,
  • delivery to mailbox or “leave at door”,
  • reduced delivery security,
  • inability to file carrier claims,
  • inability to receive refunds, reshipments, or compensation for loss or non-delivery.

By requesting an under-declared value, the customer agrees that the seller is not responsible for any loss, delay, missing parcel, theft, or dispute resulting from modified customs declarations.


4. Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or any other charges imposed by the destination country belong solely to the buyer.

We do not modify invoices after shipment and do not cover import fees.


5. Delivery Without Signature

In many countries parcels with low declared value may be delivered without signature.

The customer is responsible for ensuring safe conditions at the delivery address.

Delivery without signature is still considered Delivered.


6. Refusal to Cooperate With Carriers

If a customer refuses to file a missing-parcel claim or investigation request with the local carrier, any dispute regarding non-delivery becomes invalid.


7. Lost or Delayed Parcels

Insurance applies only when shipped with full declared value.
If the customer requested under-declaration, insurance does not apply.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier operations.


8. Final Delivery Responsibility

Once the parcel is marked Delivered by the carrier, our responsibility as the seller is completed.
